Keeping costs to a minimum is key for this Client, as margins are tight. They asked us to help them with transporting different types of documents.

Firstly, they needed to ship employee information and other internal documents between their stores and offices. The employee records included sensitive salary information as well as other confidential data. They also wanted to be able to send promotional material to and from the stores, which are time critical as well as being commercially sensitive. They planned to use their existing supply lorries and drivers to manage these documents – so the system needed to be both simple and secure.

Versapak developed a double compartment bag with colour coded, tamper evident seals so that the drivers could transport the materials without having to distinguish between the different types of information. The colour coding also meant that store managers could know whether the documents were marketing material or personally sensitive employee information. Versapak has built a strong relationship with this retailer and continues to regularly supply them with bags and security seals.
